Trolltunga is a collaboration between Buxton Brewery in Derbyshire and Norwegian brewery Lervig Aktiebryggeri, brewed to celebrate friendship and a love of wild places. This sour IPA marries the tartness of a classic sour with the hop character of an India Pale Ale.

The aroma presents lactic acidity with pronounced gooseberry, complemented by subtle citrus and floral hints. The palate is seriously sour with fruity undertones, where gooseberry takes centre stage alongside mild citrus, a touch of honey, and an earthy finish.
