Budels Kolos
Budels Kolos is a deep ruby, top-fermented ale from Budelse Brouwerij, a family brewery rooted in the Brabant village of Budel since 1870. This strong beer blends barley and wheat malt with real candi sugar and Hallertauer hops, finished with coriander that defines its distinctive character.
It pours a deep orange to reddish-brown with a full white head. The nose reveals sweet malt and caramel with fruity and spicy undertones. The palate is robust and full-bodied, with prominent malt and caramel notes pleasantly balanced by those fruity and spicy layers. The finish holds the malt and caramel well.
Budels brews with climate-neutral practices, using only pure natural ingredients and soft brewing water from their own source.
