Bruut Lazarus is a Tripel from Brouwerij Bruut in Amsterdam, brewed in the Belgian tradition yet with a contemporary edge. This blonde, robust beer at 8% ABV combines classic Belgian brewing methods with a modern sensibility. Bruut's philosophy centres on unpolished craft beer—balanced, unfiltered and unpasteurised, without unnecessary embellishment.

The nose presents yeasty and fruity esters. On the palate, yeast-driven and overripe fruit characters emerge alongside assertive bitterness. The finish is dry and bitter, characteristic of a Tripel of this intensity and hop presence.
