Gajes is a strong blonde tripel brewed by Bruut Bier in Amsterdam since 2015, in collaboration with Brouwerij Bruusk. This heavily dry-hopped beer showcases a distinctive fruity and spicy character with layers of citrus, peach and a hint of coriander.

The aroma opens with bright lemon, grapefruit and pine notes. On the palate, citrus flavours dominate, supported by a smooth malty sweetness and a clean, neutral yeast profile that keeps the beer balanced. The finish is dry and hoppy, with a spiky bitterness that complements rather than overwhelms. Bottle-conditioned, unfiltered and unpasteurised, Gajes develops complexity and liveliness in the glass.

This beer has earned multiple awards, including gold at the Dutch Beer Challenge 2024, reflecting its well-crafted balance of hop intensity and malt character.
