Brouwpact Black Bird is an ambitious Black TIPA where dark roasted malts and intensive hop additions converge. This beer marries the depth of roasted grain with the assertive bitterness and aromatics of an India Pale Ale.

In the glass it presents a dark brown to black colour beneath a firm brown foam head. The nose reveals coffee and chocolate, supported by smoky and roasted notes. On the palate, bitter hop character dominates, while the dark malts contribute subtle coffee and chocolate undertones.

At 7.8% alcohol and full-bodied, this TIPA drinks smoothly despite its complexity. The beer finishes dry with a lingering bitter aftertaste.
