Red Maniac is an ambitious collaboration between Bakunin Brewing Co. from Saint Petersburg and Redman's Kitchen. This Smoked Chili IPA marries smoked malt with Bird's Eye chilli pepper and assertive hop bitterness at 70 IBU. The aroma leads with smoked malt character, complemented by spicy chilli notes and herbal hop notes.

On the palate, smoked malt and chilli take centre stage, framed by substantial hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is dry and resinous, with warming alcohol at 6.8% ABV. An unconventional beer that embraces smoke and heat without apology.
