The base beer was developed with Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo: from a single 2000-litre batch, five distinct fruity variants emerged. The Etten-Leurs WIPA captures that experimental character—fresh and fruit-forward with a clean hop bitterness.
The brewery's story begins in agricultural roots. Founder Jan grew up as a farmer's son in the Zeeland village of Westkapelle, a heritage that shapes Brouwerij 't Meuleneind's craft-focused approach to specialty beer.
