Hinde is the tripel from Brouwerij 't Blauwe Hert in Aalsmeer, a craft brewery founded in 2012 by friends united in their love of specialty beer. After closing in 2016, the brewery resumed production in 2021.

This tripel arrives lightly hazy, golden to copper in colour, topped with a fine, firm head. Citrus fruits—orange and grapefruit—lead the aroma and flavour, supported by coriander spice. The beer balances sweetness and bitterness distinctly: a pleasant, fruity sweetness opens into a firm, spicy bitterness that lingers through the finish.

At 8.2% ABV, Hinde is an approachable tripel for those seeking a fuller, fruit-forward beer without excessive weight.
