Viven Spiced Ambrée is an amber beer from Sijsele-based Brouwerij Viven, brewed with a proprietary spice blend kept secret by the brewer. The hazy beer arrives with a modest white head.

The aroma is distinctly spiced, with rosemary and a hint of pineapple. On the palate, the spice character continues, joined by notes of cinnamon, malt and caramel in a balanced interplay. The beer drinks best when served slightly warmer than fridge temperature.

At 7% alcohol, it carries enough body without heaviness.
