Fourchette is a golden Belgian tripel from Brouwerij Van Steenberge, born from a collaboration between top chefs and six generations of master brewers. This multigrain beer merges refined flavour with brewing tradition.

In the glass, a complex aromatic profile unfolds: fruity notes of pear and apple, bready malt tones, and subtle floral hints. The palate opens with a soft fruit attack that gradually yields to spice, with fruit making a modest return in the finish. At 22 IBU, it delivers pleasant bitterness without dominance.
