Scheveningen Zuidwester
Brouwerij Scheveningen's Zuidwester is a golden pilsner inspired by the traditional Czech Pilsner style of 1842. This bottom-fermented beer undergoes bottle conditioning, giving it a lively character. Since 1996, Scheveningen has brewed according to its own recipe, drawing inspiration from its seaside location.
The Zuidwester offers a malty, full flavour with a pleasant balance between sweetness and hop bitterness. Noble hops provide subtle background notes while hop bitterness rounds out the profile nicely. With a medium body and crisp finish, this is an ideal choice for enjoying on a terrace.
