Malle Bikkel is the second beer from Brouwerij Rotjoch in Hoorn and a tripel that deliberately takes a different approach. The name nods to Westmalle, but the brewery sought a more approachable version of that classic style. The result is a blonde beer with deeper malt character and extra body than you might expect from a light tripel.

The flavour balances spice with subtle bitterness from noble hops, delivering a full, slightly creamy texture despite its 8% alcohol. A beer equally at home on a summer terrace as at the dinner table.
