Triporteur Wild and Funky from BOM Brewery is a sour ale born from ambition and experimentation. This is no simple fruit beer, but a complex brew with over twenty ingredients, including apple and pear syrup, lactic acid bacteria, Brettanomyces and champagne yeast.

The brewery, founded by brewing engineer Bert Van Hecke, distinguishes itself through custom-roasted malt that forms the foundation for each unique recipe. Wild and Funky answers the challenge of brewing a new style of sour beer with mixed fermentation. The result is a summer refresher that balances funk, fruit and malt character, finished with a crisp, nearly soda-like mouthfeel.
