Brouwerij Pronck, founded in 2014 by two Leiden-based beer enthusiasts, developed the Salted Caramel Milk Stout as their debut dessert beer. This dark brown to nearly black stout weaves together milk, house-made caramel and sea salt into a balanced composition where no single element dominates.
