Brouwerij Oudaen crafts this IPA in the medieval vaults of Stadskasteel Oudaen, a city castle in the heart of Utrecht with roots reaching back to 1296. Fresh and fruity, it is brewed with a selection of American hops that drive its distinctive character.

The beer presents a hazy medium amber colour beneath a substantial off-white head. Aromas of grain, lemon and piney hops lead the way. On the palate, moderate sweetness meets a solid bitter bite, with a dry finish that lets the American hop character shine through cleanly.
