Noordt Dubbel is a Belgian-style dubbel from Brouwerij Noordt, a Rotterdam-based brewery founded in 2015. Brewmaster Peter Rouwen crafted a distinctive malt blend and selected classic hop varieties—Perle and Hallertau Mittelfruh—to create a full-bodied, dark ruby beer with character.

Malt dominates the palate, delivering rich, earthy flavours with a spicy finish from the traditional hops. The nose reveals notes of candi sugar and stroopwafels with herbal spice. A beer that balances Dutch brewing pragmatism with Belgian tradition.
