Ruys from Brouwerij Leeghwater is a White IPA brewed in De Rijp, North Holland. Despite its modest 4.7% ABV, this beer delivers surprising flavour through generous hop additions. It marries the crisp character of a wheat beer with the fruity aromatics of an IPA.
