LEV Sterke Yerke Quadrupel
LEV Sterke Yerke Quadrupel is an ambitious beer from Leeuwarden, brewed with five different malt varieties. This dark, full-bodied quadrupel at 9% ABV emerged from a unique experiment: a single 2000-litre base brew was transformed into five fruity variants by the brewers at Brouwerij LEV.
In the glass, it displays a beautiful brown colour with a light tan head. The nose reveals rich roasted malts, while the palate brings forward caramel and roasted notes. The full mouthfeel and warming alcohol content make this a beer meant to be sipped and savoured.
