Holy Moly is an ambitious Tripel from Brouwerij Klein Duimpje in Hillegom, brewed with four grain varieties: barley, spelt, rye and buckwheat. This unconventional grain bill creates a complex, full-bodied flavour that extends well beyond the typical Tripel profile.

The grain blend contributes a rich malt character with hints of bread and grain, complemented by the characteristic fruity and spicy notes from fermentation. At 8.5% ABV, Holy Moly delivers warmth and body without overwhelming the palate.
