Brouwerij Kleiburg has brewed this witbier since 2015 from the Kleiklooster in Amsterdam. Siciliaans Wit is a summery wheat beer made with orange peel, fresh and fruity in character. The beer appears light-coloured and hazy, topped with a creamy head.

The nose reveals aromas of orange, lemon, apricot and peach, complemented by grassy and piney hop notes. On the palate, a fresh, fruity taste develops with a very subtle tartness and gentle bitterness. The citrus finish is clean and refreshing.

This is an approachable, low-alcohol beer that works beautifully on a sunny terrace. Brouwerij Kleiburg is a social enterprise inspired by traditional Belgian monastery beers, which it reinterprets with its own innovative character.
