Brouwerij Kees from Middelburg crafts this summer IPA with pink grapefruit as its centrepiece. The beer displays an amber hue with a rosy tint, delivering grapefruit and citrus in both aroma and flavour.

Pils and Munich malts form the base, finished with Amarillo hops. Westmalle yeast drives fermentation. The result is a fruity beer with a bitter core—the grapefruit provides tangy freshness tempered by caramel malt sweetness.

Highly drinkable despite its assertive hop bitterness, with a clean finish.
