Kees IPA
Brouwerij Kees, established in 2015 in Middelburg, has become a fixture of the Dutch craft beer scene under the direction of brewer Kees Bubberman. This core-range IPA balances approachable drinkability with genuine hop character.
The nose reveals citrus and tropical fruit alongside floral hop notes. On the palate, stone fruit and crisp citrus take the lead, supported by a soft malt backbone that prevents the beer from becoming one-dimensional. The finish is dry with a restrained bitterness that lingers gently.
A creamy mouthfeel and bright carbonation make this a well-rounded IPA—confident enough for enthusiasts, welcoming enough for those exploring the style.
