Brouwerij Kees from Middelburg presents this Imperial Stout after eleven months of maturation in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. The result is a deeply coloured stout with pronounced flavour, where bourbon character shines through without overwhelming the beer.

The aroma reveals molasses and bourbon notes, layered with dark fruit undertones. On the palate, a full and sweet profile unfolds, accented by coffee and chocolate, with the warmth of high alcohol adding depth. The finish is long and complex, as bourbon character gradually gives way to dry, bitter tones.
