Orthographie is a multigrain blonde ale from Brouwerij In de Nacht in Weert, brewed with barley, rye, oats, wheat and spelt. The combination of five grain varieties creates a full, creamy texture with subtle spicy undertones. Fermented with Kveik yeast, it develops a distinctive fruity and aromatic character.
