Old Jubilation Ale from Avery Brewing is a winter strong ale created by Adam Avery as an expression of his love for English Strong Ales. Brewed with a blend of five malts, this mahogany-hued beer delivers a layered flavour profile where hazelnut, mocha and toffee emerge with each sip. At 8.3% ABV, it strikes a balance between strength and drinkability.

Sweet malt notes mingle with hints of cinnamon and honey, while the finish carries echoes of bittersweet chocolate and toffee. The beer's complexity unfolds best when served at cellar temperature rather than cold, allowing the five-malt foundation to shine through. A winter seasonal released October through November.
