Romm í Jól is a festive Imperial Stout brewed by Austri Brugghús, a micro-brewery in eastern Iceland, in collaboration with IDE brugghús. This winter seasonal combines dark roasted malts with liquorice root and a measure of Havana Club 7 rum, creating a rich and warming holiday beer. The rum integration brings vanilla notes and a subtle spiced warmth to the roasted character of the stout.

At 6.3% ABV, it strikes a balance between approachability and depth. The creamy palate and moderate bitterness make it an inviting choice for festive occasions. Best served at 6°C to bring out its full range of flavours.
