Hoop Bleke Nelis
Bleke Nelis takes its name from Cornelis Gerritsz Jongekees, a celebrated 17th-century figure from Zaandam. Brouwerij Hoop, the Zaanstreek's only true craft brewery since 2016, brews this dry-hopped blonde with character and craftsmanship.
The beer balances malty, lightly fruity notes with American and German hop character. Bitterness is restrained, finishing clean and dry. Brewed on a state-of-the-art German system, Bleke Nelis is a well-proportioned session blonde that reflects Hoop's commitment to beers rooted in Zaanse heritage.
