Brouwerij Holevoort in Bakel crafts this Tripel using ingredients grown on their own land: hop, barley and water all come from the brewery's estate. Special Nr 12 spent 317 days maturing in an Early Times Bourbon barrel, adding depth and character to the beer.

The bourbon cask aging introduces subtle vanilla and oak notes that complement the natural fruitiness of a well-made Tripel. At 10.8% ABV, this is a full-bodied, warming beer meant for slow appreciation.
