Schuppenboer Grand Cru is the flagship of Brouwerij Het Nest in Turnhout. This robust blond ale at 10% ABV builds on the same foundation as their regular tripel, but with additional hops and a heavier malt bill for greater intensity and body.

The beer pours golden and clear with a fine, creamy head. On the nose, ripe fruit aromas of nectarine and dried apricot emerge alongside grainy malt and gentle spice. The palate balances sweet malt with notes of honey, apricot and orange, finishing with a clean, dry bitterness that lingers pleasantly.
