Brouwerij Emelisse in Goes pushes brewing technique to create complex, high-strength beers. The Wicked Whiskey is an Iced Tripel at 16.7% ABV, matured on oak with pronounced whisky character. From a single 2000-litre base batch, the brewers produced five distinct fruity variants—a testament to their precise control over fermentation and maturation.

The aroma reveals dried fruit with a woody undertone from barrel aging. On the palate, whisky notes and oak texture lead, supported by the full body of this potent tripel. The finish is warming and extended, balancing alcohol strength with subtle oak influence.
