Ernems Mokkel is an unconventional Saison from Brouwerij Durs in Arnhem, brewed by five leading women from Ernems. This beer deliberately departs from traditional saison conventions: darker in colour and full of character. The nose reveals toffee and spicy-funky notes, complemented by fruity esters.

The palate is dry and spicy with a light funkiness characteristic of farmhouse ales. The finish is clean and dry, making this beer refreshing despite its 5.7% alcohol. A beer unafraid to stand out.
