Brouwerij Dockum restored a centuries-old brewing tradition in the Frisian town of Dokkum when it opened in 2018. The Poortwachters Tripel is a golden-blonde, classic tripel with a creamy white head. At 8% ABV, this tripel delivers the robust bitterness characteristic of Dockum's house style. The beer combines fruity character with a dry, clean finish that pairs well with rich fish, spiced dishes and meat.
