Vicaris Quinto is a golden blonde ale from Brouwerij Dilewyns, created to mark the twentieth anniversary of the Vicaris beer line. The name takes its cue from the Italian word for five – this being the fifth Vicaris expression. Vincent Dilewyns brews in the family tradition using only water, barley malt, hops and yeast.
