De Molen x Brewdog Doric & Dutch
Doric & Dutch is a unique collaboration between Brouwerij De Molen and BrewDog, born from an online poll where fans voted for the beer style—stout won decisively. At 7.2% ABV, this spiced stout honours two traditional dishes: Dutch gingerbread and Scotland's Clootie Dumpling.
The nose opens with roasted malt, toffee and warming spices. The palate delivers cocoa powder, toffee and dark fruit, supported by a full, rounded body. The finish is warm and dry, with lingering toast notes.
A limited-edition release that celebrates the partnership between two significant craft breweries and the culinary heritage of both nations.
