Moersleutel EL-1762 Pineapple De La Trois
EL-1762 Pineapple De La Trois is an experimental beer from Moersleutel Craft Brewery in Alkmaar, created by cross-breeding an English yeast strain with a wild yeast. This ambitious project resulted in a Quadruple IPA with striking tropical fruit characteristics.
The brewers selected Azacca and Bru-1 hops to amplify the pineapple and mango esters from the experimental yeast. At 11% alcohol, this is a full-bodied, fruit-forward IPA distinguished by funky, doughy yeast notes alongside pronounced pineapple character. The beer merges the intensity of a Quadruple IPA with unexpected yeast-driven complexity that sets it apart.
