Godfried Met Den Baard takes its name from the legendary medieval Count Godfried of Leuven and is the flagship beer of Brouwerij De Kluys in Neerlangel. This amber-coloured tripel at 8% ABV displays a robust, malty character with subtle caramel notes and a layered spice profile.

The brewers spent years refining the recipe, crafting and tasting multiple batches to achieve the right balance. The result is a well-rounded tripel with a full flavour and an unexpectedly sweet aroma that continues to develop on the finish.
