Waggel is a tripel brewed by De Gulzige Gans, a small brewery in Coevorden, Drenthe. Bert Calkhoven established the brewery in 2008 and produces limited batches of craft beer. This tripel is unfiltered and unpasteurised, contributing to its full character.

Waggel presents fruity and spicy notes, with coriander providing a distinctive prickle. The beer builds on a sweet foundation with soft bitterness and a creamy, syrupy mouthfeel. At 9% ABV, the alcohol warmth is noticeable but pleasant and well-integrated.

Best served between 5–7°C.
