Ambrozijn from Brouwerij de Fontein is an amber-coloured quadrupel brewed with honey from the brewery's own beehives. This top-fermented special beer merges the warm, sweet character of honey with a subtle blend of beer whiskey, matured three years in oak barrels. The result is a full-bodied, complex brew with gentle sweetness, spice notes and a warming alcoholic finish.

The name draws from ambrosia in Greek mythology—the drink of the gods—and Saint Ambrose, patron saint of beekeepers. De Fontein sources ingredients from its own land, giving this Ambrozijn authentic terroir.
