Dampegheest Mirakels
Dampegheest Mirakels is a distinctive tripel brewed in Limmen by family brewery Dampegheest, housed in a former dairy warehouse. This beer holds the distinction of being the Netherlands' first Weibier – the addition of fresh whey gives it a fruity character and light creamy structure.
Its blonde colour and 8% ABV frame a full, fruity flavour with apricot and peach notes. Hallertau, Perle and Saaz hops contribute subtle spice and floral touches, while a gentle sweetness and gentle prickle on the tongue complete the profile. Brouwerij Dampegheest crafts this beer with skill and, where possible, Dutch ingredients.
