Herkenrode Vesper is a tripel from Brouwerij Cornelissen, brewed using traditional abbey beer methods and bottle-conditioned for secondary fermentation. The beer is distinguished by its full flavour and deep golden colour. The brewery uses only malted barley, water, yeast and herbs grown at Herkenrode Abbey itself, with Saaz hops providing a crisp, dry character.
