Bourgogne White IPA
Brouwerij Bourgogne Kruis's White IPA merges Dutch wheat beer tradition with American IPA character. Built on 50% wheat malt, German hops and English yeast, this is a gentle interpretation of the style—aroma-forward rather than aggressively bitter.
The brewery itself is a family operation with roots stretching to the 18th century, relocated to Oosterhout in 1956. All production remains handcrafted, without automation. The White IPA earned recognition as Brabant's best beer in 2021, reflecting the brewery's commitment to distinctive, character-driven brewing.
