Boelens De Blije Zoutelander
De Blije Zoutelander is a Tripel from Brouwerij Boelens, a Belgian brewery tracing its heritage back to 1850. This 8.5% golden ale was inspired by the coastal village of Zoutelande in Zeeland and emerged from a distinctive brewing approach: a single 2000-litre base batch was divided by Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groningen into five separate fruity variants.
The Tripel displays a full-bodied, golden character with layers of flavour. The elevated alcohol content contributes warmth and complexity, while careful hop and spice selection creates a refined finish. This is a beer for those seeking authentic Belgian craftsmanship in the Tripel tradition—substantial yet approachable.
