Miruvor is an ambitious sour ale from Brouwerij Alvinne, crafted within their Fellowship programme where a single base beer branches into multiple fruit-forward expressions. At 9% ABV, this beer blends SloePhi with a mead component, creating a hybrid that blurs the line between beer and wine.

Alvinne's proprietary Morpheus yeast drives the sourness and funky character. Miruvor delivers mixed berries, plum and citrus notes alongside woody undertones acquired during maturation in wine barrels. The palate is tart and balanced, supported by medium body and soft carbonation that lets the complex flavours breathe.
