Brouwerij Broeder Jacob in Tongeren has brewed this Tripel since 2010, drawing inspiration from the tale of Brother Jacob, permitted to brew only in his spare time. The beer presents as a clear blonde with a stable white head.

The nose reveals fruity aromas with hints of elderflower, honey and cinnamon. On the palate, complexity emerges: malty and spicy with subtle ripe fruit notes, supported by noble hops. The finish is lightly bitter with a pleasant warming alcohol character.

This well-balanced beer pairs well with mild cheeses, spiced dishes and barbecue. Serve around 8°C.
