Farmhouse Cartel from BrewDog is an ambitious Bière de Garde at 10% ABV, aged in tequila barrels. The beer marries traditional farmhouse fermentation with the warm, spiced character of tequila-seasoned wood, yielding a layered profile of sweet malt, agave, and a whisper of golden tequila.
