Lust is a Belgian Strong Ale from Amager Bryghus, part of their Sinner Series. At 9.2% alcohol, this is a rich and sweet beer that demands respect. The nose presents roasted malt, dark chocolate and brown sugar, with a subtle Belgian candi sugar undertone.

The palate follows suit with caramel sweetness, roasted malt depth and dried fruits including plums and raisins. Floral and spicy hop character provides balance, while grapefruit and citrus add bitter counterpoint. The finish lingers with toffee, vanilla and a piney, resinous hop bitterness that persists.
