Albino Squid Assassin is a red rye IPA brewed by BrewDog in Aberdeen, Scotland. Ten successive hop additions build intense layers of flavour throughout this beer. Rye provides the distinctive red hue and peppery spice, while crystal malts deliver toasty caramel and cinder toffee notes. Intensely roasted malt contributes cocoa richness to the overall profile.

The aroma opens with tropical fruit—mango and pineapple—alongside citrus, toffee and a touch of alcohol warmth. On the palate, full-bodied fruity hop character brings lemon, grapefruit and peach, balanced against earthy, spicy rye undertones. The finish turns dry and bitter with a lingering resinous quality.
