The brewery's philosophy draws from the ancient name Althaia—a Greek word meaning 'I heal'—reflected in their commitment to 100% natural, preservative-free beers. This pale lager pours a bright golden straw colour with a persistent white head.

The nose reveals delicate malt and cereal notes with fresh citrus undertones. On the palate, it is smooth and straightforward, with gentle bitterness and a clean, dry finish. Brewed with only water, barley malt, hops and yeast, it works well alongside light meals, seafood, white meat and simple appetisers.
