Braxzz Barrelled Bock is an alcohol-free take on the classic German bock style, brewed by Brouwerij Brouwersnös in Groenlo. This is an ambitious project: from a single base brew of 2000 litres came five distinct fruited variants. Bock is a malt-driven style with medieval German roots, traditionally characterised by rich malt profiles and full body.

This alcohol-free version holds onto the hallmark maltiness of the style. The beer shows rye bread and rye malt, supported by molasses, subtle liquorice and a whisper of fennel. The full body and layered flavour profile represent a genuine effort to capture the depth of a traditional bock without alcohol.
