Edelweiss Hofbräu
Edelweiss Hofbräu is a natural Weizen from Austria, brewed by Hofbräu Kaltenhausen in Hallein. The brewery traces its roots to 1475, when the 'Kalte Bräuhaus' was established by Salzburg merchant Hans Elsenheimer. This amber-coloured wheat beer is made with pure Alpine water, wheat malt, barley malt and hops, following traditional methods.
The beer is marked by ripe banana notes and soft, refined carbonation from its top-fermented brewing process. At 4.5% ABV, it offers a refreshing, approachable character that balances fruity esters with the grainy foundation of quality malts. A straightforward, naturally brewed wheat beer with genuine Austrian brewing heritage.
